Terms of Service

Effective: June 28, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OmniQR (“Service”), operated by Golden Eagles Tech LLC(“we”, “us”, “Company”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of service

OmniQR provides dynamic QR code generation, URL shortening, link analytics, team workspace management, and related features accessible at www.omniqr.link. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection and anti-spam laws.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or conduct spam campaigns.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refunds: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment on a new paid plan by contacting support@omniqr.link. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods after the 30-day window.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to Free.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Golden Eagles Tech LLC. The OmniQR name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the content you create (QR codes, short links, analytics data). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with at least 24 hours notice where practicable. We do not offer SLA credits on Free plans.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDEN EAGLES TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
