How QR code analytics works in OmniQR
When someone scans one of your QR codes, their device sends a request to OmniQR. Before forwarding the scan to your destination URL, OmniQR records the timestamp, IP-derived location, device characteristics, and user-agent string. The redirect itself is served in milliseconds — analytics processing happens in the background so it never adds latency.
All data is aggregated in your dashboard under each link or QR code. You can filter by date range, drill into a specific country or device type, and compare periods. Enterprise accounts can download the full scan log as a CSV file, an Excel workbook, or a formatted PDF report ready to share with clients.
OmniQR does not use third-party analytics scripts or share your scan data with advertising networks. All scan records are stored in your account and accessible only to members of your workspace.
