- What is a dynamic QR code?
- A dynamic QR code stores a short redirect URL instead of your final destination. You can update where the code points at any time in the OmniQR dashboard — no reprinting or replacing your physical materials required.
- Do QR codes expire?
- QR codes created in OmniQR don't expire as long as your account is active. The code itself is just a URL — as long as that URL is live and your account is in good standing, every scan will redirect correctly.
- Can I edit a QR code after printing?
- Yes. Dynamic QR codes let you change the destination URL at any time without altering the printed code. Update the link in OmniQR and your existing QR code instantly starts pointing to the new destination.
- What scan data does OmniQR track?
- OmniQR records the time and date of every scan plus the country, city, device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), operating system, and browser. Aggregated reports can be exported as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
